Cancellation requests should be sent by email to emec2025@tuc.gr

For cancellations received by 26th September 2025, a refund will be available minus an administrative fee equal to 20% of the claimed registration fees.

No refund will be available after 27th September 2025; however, registration may be transferred to another member of your organization. In this case, please send your request to emec2025@tuc.gr
